Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 October 2026
This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit rebelfitness.fit or book a class, why we do it and what rights you have. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies to visitors from the EU, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Visiting this website
Hosting
The website runs on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). To deliver the pages and protect them against attacks, Cloudflare processes your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, your browser and operating system, and the referring page. From these request data Cloudflare also shows us aggregated traffic statistics (for example visits per day and country); no tracking script is used for this. Cloudflare is certified under the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Details: Cloudflare privacy policy.
No cookies, no advertising trackers
This website itself sets no cookies and uses no advertising or social media trackers. Fonts and icons are served from our own server, not from Google or other third parties.
Visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
To see how the website is used, Cloudflare adds a small script that measures page views, the referring page, browser, operating system, device type, country and loading time. It uses no cookies or other storage in your browser and does not track individual visitors over time. The measurements are sent to our own domain and evaluated by Cloudflare, Inc. as part of the hosting described above.
3. Booking a class or buying a package
Online booking is provided by SimplyBook.me Ltd, Nafpliou 28, Medical Court, Office 401, 3025 Limassol, Cyprus, which processes the data on our behalf. The booking system is loaded only when you open it with "Book Now" or "Packages"; until then no connection to SimplyBook is made.
For a booking, SimplyBook processes your name, email address, optional phone number, your login details, the booked classes and packages and, when you pay online, the payment details needed for the transaction. We use these data to manage your bookings, contact you about your classes and keep the records required by law. SimplyBook offers sign-in with Google or Facebook; if you choose it, those providers also receive data under their own privacy policies.
When the booking system opens, it sets a technical cookie (sb_widget) on this website, and
SimplyBook uses its own cookies inside the booking window to keep you signed in and remember your booking.
Details: SimplyBook privacy policy.
4. Map
The "Find Us" section shows a Google Maps map (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC, USA). It loads when you scroll to that section. Google then receives your IP address and the page you are on and may set cookies. Google is certified under the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Details: Google privacy policy.
5. Contacting us
If you call or write to us, we use your details only to answer you.
6. Purpose and legal basis
We process data to run this website securely, to understand its use in aggregated form, and to handle bookings and payments. For visitors from the EU the legal bases are performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for bookings, legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) for accounting records, and our legitimate interest in a secure, working website and its improvement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
7. How long we keep data
We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose: booking records for as long as you have an account and for the statutory retention period for accounting records (10 years in Switzerland). Hosting logs are deleted by Cloudflare according to its policy.
8. Your rights
You can ask us which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing and receive it in a common format, within the limits of the law. Write to the address in section 1. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, edoeb.admin.ch) or, if you live in the EU, to the data protection authority of your country.
9. Changes
We update this policy when the website or our services change. The current version is always on this page.
